So often we don't get the things we need because we're too afraid to put ourselves out there and simply ASK FOR HELP. Either driven by fear of rejection or self-consciousness we fail to take advantage of the social capital immediately available to us. The truth is, people are generally happy to help, but how will they know you need help if you don't ask?! That's one of the topics I cover this week, illustrating it with a personal story.The other one might offend some, but it's ok. Ever heard someone say "It's just God's will" or "It's just me and God", or something to that effect? Well, statements like these can be an easy cover up for laziness.
